This site collects only what's needed to respond to you. The contact form on the About page asks for your name, email address, an optional reservation date, and your message. We don't collect payment information anywhere on this site.
Because ELXR_Ø documents alcoholic formulas, visitors are asked to confirm they are of legal drinking age before viewing the site. This confirmation is stored only in your browser's session storage — it is not sent to us, is not linked to your identity, and clears automatically when you close your browser tab.
We don't use tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's built-in session storage solely to remember your age-verification choice for the current visit, and this data never leaves your device.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links out to Instagram and email. These services may apply their own privacy practices when you interact with them directly; we don't control or receive data from those third parties through this site.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
